“We [absolutely] love the house and count the days while we are in LA, looking forward to each of our Napa Valley visits. Everyone [who sees the house] is blown away… all of them have commented on the designer and architect and how extraordinary [they] both were with this project. Thank you so much!!!”

wine country luxury
With the lush greens of the Silverado Resort golf course just outside, the owners of this luxurious wine country retreat dreamed about a house that would create a strong indoor-outdoor connection. Fortunately, the architect provided a solid foundation: giant wood beams, large sliding doors facing the golf course, and an entryway that seamlessly connects the front of the house to the outdoor living space in the back. For the interior, SLD layered warm wood tones and natural textures when selecting furniture and fixtures, and mixed both traditional and modern elements throughout the home. The design came to life with a fluted limestone hood and coordinating countertops, linen lamp shades and drapery panels, and a distinctive cabinet style that tied together the kitchen and living spaces.
