The Giddy McCloud comes with a long history of communal gathering. Once a cookhouse for the old millhouse, later a dance hall, and now an event venue, it was important that SLD modernized the space while preserving much of the original craftsmanship. SLD’s involvement included a full rebrand, a refresh of the shared spaces, and the creation of three guest suites for overnight accommodations, including a bunkhouse for 10 and a luxury suite designed to host brides and grooms-to-be. Moody wallpapers, earthtone textures, and an abundance of painted shiplap create an interior that feels equally romantic and rugged.
